Early Life and Education
Miroslav Lajčák was born and raised in Slovakia.
He earned a law status from Comenius University in Pozsony and later pursued international affairs at the Moscow State Guild of International Relations (MGIMO), situation he obtained a Doctor do away with Philosophy degree.
